Can anyone recommend a YouTube exercise programme please? I need something that is gentle on my knees as I need replacements.
I'm in my 50's and I'm really unfit. Had a shitty 10 months and completely lost my enthusiasm for everything. My mum died, I had surgery for a tendon issue and my son has depression and was having suicidal thoughts. I feel that other than going to work, I've been sitting in a chair since Christmas.
The time has come to take back control. I want to be fitter but don't have spare cash for classes. So I thought YouTube might be a good place to start! Thanks.
