That isn’t Adrienne!
DH and I want to do a daily course to see if we can commit to and enjoy yoga.
We have talked through what would work for us and tried out a few on line videos.
Adrienne is great but I tried the 30 day course before and some of the days are too long and also very into the meditation side which doesn’t appeal. I gave upon the end.
We prefer just to focus on the movements and have less meditation although I accept the cerebral side of yoga is important.
Ekhart yoga tutorials on line seem good.
Anyone done a course and enjoyed it?
Daily OM do one but it’s not free so am keen for feedback before signing up!
