Hi, I'm hoping to boost my weight loss and do some major toning post baby arrival and was thinking about the 30day shred...? After people's opinions of it and maybe any alternatives? Need to be wary of the pelvic floor...!!

It's quite "jumpy" and high impact so I'd work on your pelvic floor before giving it a go. Its a great programme though!

Have a google and check for diastasis recti, separated abdominal muscles. If they are too separated, intense use of many core exercises can exacerbate it.
