Hi, I'd appreciate advise on some shin pain I've developed in the past week or so. I started c25k in Jan, finished it but I'm very slow ( I only manage around 3k in 30 mins) I've kept it up running (jogging) 2 or 3 times a week. I'm trying to increase my speed as I'd like to achieve the 5k in 30 mins. However, I'm now getting pain in my shins, feels muscular at the front, particularly on one side. Should I stop trying to run for a bit? Am I doing something wrong? I have good , properly fitted running shoes. I don't really want to stop but it's really sore!
