I've recently started exercising frequently, doing c25k and 3 x gym sessions per week (weights). I was thinking of trying to incorporate a Joe Wicks style diet (reduced carb or carb refuel meals depending on training) but I'm not sure how I can make it work for the whole family.
The JW recipes look really good but most of them are for one person and would be absolutely extortionate for a family of 6. The recipes use as much meat/fish for one person as I would usually use for 3.
How can I use the ethos of the JW diet without going bankrupt or preparing different meals daily. Can I just continue cooking our usual family meals but omitting the pasta/rice/potato for myself unless I've just done a work out? Or would that not work?
