I have just started dating and am horrified at the thought of someone seeing me naked because I have a saggy, stretch marked stomach.
I am doing pilates once a week (could do twice) and I have a gym induction this week but I wondered if anyone could recommend a programme or youtube video(s) to make my stomach a bit more toned.
