Our local leisure centre is running some gotri events this summer. Has anyone done one? The website says all abilities welcome but was wondering how that actually plays out in reality! Not worried about doing the distances (for swimming or running anyway, might need some bike practice) but I'm really slow esp when swimming as my technic is rubbish. It looks like a fun event but it would be pretty demoralising to finish miles behind everyone else as they try to clean up behind you!
