Cold water swimmers-Frensham ponds

A bit of a niche question but I wondered if any cold water swimmers knew if people swim in Frensham ponds in the winter? I am heading over that way in a couple of weeks and was considering a dip. Thank you

I know they have big issues with blue algae there so often don't allow swimming. Sorry I can't be any more help than that
