Please recommend a low level home exercise DVD or YouTube channel

I've not exercised for quite a while and don't walk as much as I should in winter. Can anyone recommend a good low level exercise DVD or YouTube channel to get me started? I'm very unfit and a little overweight and want to start to do something for my mental health too.

I can't run or swim due to physical problems. Also I think if it's something I can do at home I'm more likely to stick with it.

Yoga with Adrienne on YouTube may fit the bill. If you want something more cardio focused, "walk away the pounds" is quite fun and designed to be done at home. Hope you find something you enjoy!

I’d be interested in this too OP. I have severe asthma so a lot of high cardio stuff is difficult for me to stick with.

Thanks catlady. I'm looking for something more active than yoga. Walk away the pounds sounds good, I'll have a look.

Thelittledog hope there are some suggestions suitable for you too.

Take a look at Fitness Blender, you can drill down by exertion level, and as you get stronger, you'll be able to move up the difficulty rating.

I think Jo Wicks The Body Coach does HIIT workouts for beginners on YouTube.
