Like Joe Wicks but targeting lower stomach?

I've been doing Joe Wicks HIIT workouts for a while now, enjoy them and find them easy to fit in around other things. So far so good. It feels though like his exercises target areas more for men (eg biceps, upper abs) than those women like me want to target, especially post-DCs (eg lower stomach, bum)? Is there a similar format workout out there, but more targeted at these areas?

Look at Jillian michaels. She has loads that target particular areas.
