Weight loss exercise - injured

Been doing couch to 5k and reached week 4 but I've done something to a muscle in my foot. Walking hurts.
I'm having to take a break from running and the HIIT class I've been doing.
Are there any low impact exercises I can do at home while my foot recovers?

Does it hurt while you walk or after? I'm recovering from what I thought was a foot injury, agony after I exercise. Turns out it was very tight calf muscles and plantar fascia. A visit to the physio and rolling my foot on a tennis ball has helped a lot.

It's when I walk or put and sort of weight on it. It stared after running for about 2/3 weeks (3 times week).
This image is where (it feels like) the pain is.
It's especially worse after I've been sitting and then started waking again. The pain eases after a few minutes of walking (but doesn't totally go)
