I am fulltime carer for disabled DC so can't get out for a run with any ease. Can anyone recommend a fitness dvd/video without jumping or pushups involved?
I'd like to try shred but Jumping for me = migraine (even my head going upside down in gentle yoga gave me an instant migraine! And trampolines are my enemy!). My shoulders are screwed through injury so no pushups (same reason I won't even contemplate upper body weight training) .. My upper body is pretty toned so not my issue, I want to work on core strength, lower body and cardio. Any recommendations appreciated!
