I recommended this brand at tk maxx on another thread

www.tkmaxx.com/uk/en/search?q=Niptuck&sort=publishedDate-desc&facets=stockLevelStatus:inStock&page=0

Nice thick fabric that holds you securely, doesn't sag and doesn't slide about. I had two of their cossies last year and have road tested them through holidays and local swimming trips for a year, and they are still much better than any I've found at eg M&S

imnottoofussed · 08/01/2019 18:47

@CurlsLDN how do you find the cut of the leg? I'm not keen on high leg more of a straight one if that makes sense. Also what is the body length like? I need a new cossie as I have a spa day booked.

LordProfFekkoThePenguinPhD · 08/01/2019 18:50

I’ve seen some brand called fig leaves- but of course the suits I like the look of are over £100😳

The body length is good (I'm 5'8). The legs are not high leg, but not boy cut either, just like a pair of full knickers I suppose!

Fozzleyplum · 09/01/2019 07:11

This make and style is flattering to all shapes. I have it, and I've seen it on a variety of shapes and sizes and it always looks good.

BikeRunSki · 09/01/2019 07:14

Do you want it for beach/spa wear or length swimming OP?

ShirleyPhallus · 09/01/2019 07:14

Asos is good for swimsuits as you can buy them in bra cup sizes and longer lengths

They’re more fashion than practical but I’ve preferred them as with the sports style ones I don’t feel like my boobs have anywhere to go

LordProfFekkoThePenguinPhD · 09/01/2019 07:31

Just boring old lane swimming in the local pool!

I'm loving swimdresses. Have a look on Google.

LadyGAgain · 09/01/2019 08:26

I've had x2 figleaves. They are decent initially but they wear thin very quickly so aren't worth the money.

EmmaStone · 09/01/2019 09:50

I really rate M&S and Boden for swimsuits - M&S has a good range of tummy control (my problem area). I'm also pretty flat chested, and find there is always a style available that suits chest size!

Loubilou09 · 13/01/2019 16:39

DO NOT buy a swimdress, they are absolutely hideous and don't cover up what the wearer thinks they do. They only accentuate the problem.

LordProfFekkoThePenguinPhD · 13/01/2019 16:54

Many years ago I bought a suit that looks like what triathletes wear. I looked like a lumpy black pudding. Not a good look.

I’ve ordered a fig leaves one online and discovered an M&S one in the back of the cupboard like the one mentioned upthread. I’ve also ordered some prescription swimming goggles so I can see what the hell I am doing.

I have warned my swimming buddy that if I see a naked dude in the ladies changing rooms there will be a scene. He said ‘I assumed so’.

Speedo sculpture. It's underwired, decent fabric and is holding up well to 2-3 swims per week over 6 months. Oh, and the straps stay up.

MotherForkinShirtBalls · 13/01/2019 21:36

Sorry, not actually underwired but boob supporting.
