App for daily exercise at home - Sharny and Julius?

I've got my eye on Sharny and Julius but I'm not sure I like what I've read about their attitude?

Had anyone tried them or can recommend someone similar?

I've a lot to lose and am currently a sofa lump.

I'm interested in this too. They pop up on Facebook everyday! What do you mean about their attitude?

Fitness Blender have paid-for programmes if you want the structure, or hundreds of free videos if you're happy to do it at your own pace?

I'm currently doing alexia Clark and love it. It's seriously hard work but I love the exercises

Love sharny and julius I kept seeing their ads on Facebook so gave it a go.

I have tried all sorts eg slimming World, calorie counting etc.

But this has worked for me I started with sharny and julius a size 18 and I'm on week 8 and now a size 14.
