It’s the New Year. And as we all know that means it’s the perfect time to vow to get fit but not actually want to leave the comfort of our own homes.

So tell me about your favourite online workout videos - bonus points if they’re free!

Fitness Blender on YouTube Smile

They have a 5 day programme that I used as a last ditch attempt before a holiday once that was good! Their general workouts are effective too.

Gonna get back to it myself tomorrow Grin

Fitness Blender.

And Yoga with Adriene - she always does a free 30 day of yoga thing in January, this year's is called Dedicate, free to sign up to a daily yoga work out in January.

I’ve downloaded the Fiit app and have signed up to do a free 30 day training plan. I used to really enjoy 30 day shred and had good results with it but fancy mixing it up a bit more. Had a baby in May and then have relied too much on sugar to get me through the sleepless nights so the baby weight is proving much harder to shift second time!

Just done the first recommended workout and I liked it. The trainer wasn’t too annoying, it wasn’t repetitive and was enough of a challenge. It remains to be seen if I actually stick to it!!

Not sure if it qualifies as a work out but yoga with Adrienne is brilliant

She’s easy to listen to and does it very well

I've been using The Body Coach (jo wicks) on YouTube, he has loads of 20 minute HIIT workouts on his channel. Doesn't harm that he's easy on the eye too Blush
