Wonky body

I run, have done for years, also do aerobics and a circuits/hiit class.
I'm also wonky; I have a strongly dominant side. When I use kettle bells I'm aware of tight quads, glutes and lats on one side.

Should I work on my tighter side or continue to work bilaterally and hope that they catch up?

Work bilaterally but double the reps on the weak side.

You mention tight muscles - maybe do more stretching or foam rolling and concentrate on those sides
