Can anyone recommend a DVD to compliment running?

I have just completed a C25k programme and am now (just about!) able to run a slow 5k. The group I run with is carrying on running twice a week which suits me perfectly and my plan to is to stick at 5k for now and just try and improve speed and running form.
I am losing weight but still have about 3 1/2 stone to go.

I would, like to find a DVD that I could do a few times a week to compliment the running I am doing - maybe core strength? Or flexibility? I don't really know what I need. Has anyone got any recommendations?

Strength training would be a good compliment, as would a session of yoga a week. The only thing (with both) is that it is very easy to injure yourself if you get your form wrong. Can you get to a yoga class and maybe book a PT session (or ask for some for Xmas?) to give you some pointers?

Once you feel confident with your form, I like using Fitness Blender's videos (free) for strength/ circuit type training, and Yoga with Adrienne is lovely - I've done her before and after run videos and they were great at keeping me loose.

This is a YouTube channel rather than a DVD (hope that's OK)

Yoga by Adrienne on YouTube, any but she has a runners one. Great for stretching out tight muscles and increasing flexibility. She just cubes across as a lovely person and funny too.
Also, fitness blender or body coach on YouTube. Both have a variety of weights/hiit workouts which I use to compliment my running. Especially during the winter.
There's so much on YouTube you really don't need a dvd, just try a few out depending on what you want to focus on and how much time you have.
