Poor mans TRX suspension trainer kit?

I'm looking to get my brother some sort of compact workout gadget for Christmas. He lives in a tiny flat and his bench press takes up a lot of room. That didn't matter when he was a bachelor but his new wife is moving in and she's not going to want it clogging up the bedroom so he'll probably sell it. I don't know anything about exercising but I thought I'd try and find some sort of gadget for Christmas that'd help/add some fun without taking up miles of room. I thought this sounded good:

It's £150 though! We have a budget of £30 each this year (though I could push it to £50 and just give him something small for his Boxing Day birthday). Is there a cheaper alternative that does the same thing while still being good quality? Or is there another gadget you could recommend?

I bought a non TRX branded one that is just as good, but I've not seen it for sale recently.

This one looks much better price and has good reviews.

The Decathlon one is brilliant. Definitely worth the money.
