Actually post-op and lazy doesn't really cover it - I have CFS/ME, Fibromyalgia, hypermobility and dodgy hips/lower spine

Earlier this year/late last year I was healthier and fitter than I had been in over 20 (nearly 25?) years - a combination of Yoga, Ballroom dancing and cycling on my electric bike!! Which I built up to over 2/3 years

Well post op I am back at the dear god you are unfit stage again all that work lost while tehnically not overweight at 24.3 bmi (Yay!! lost 8 kg in 6 weeks!!!) but my waist is 31inches which cannot stay

So I need to build up to yoga again (struggling with twisting and bending) cycling (can't get the bike in and out so I need to reply on DH) & dancing (just generally exhausted! can't mange it)

& walking is a real problem - so that's a non starter

Where on earth do I start?

There must be videos on youtube for people with restricted mobility. Try each one once until you find one you want to do more consistently.

I have been using an exercise bike 2 or 3 times a day for a minute or so and a gravity walker for the last few days - I hadn't thought of youtube - thank you
