So I just watched a video on carb cycling where this guy was trying to sell package including a hiit workout and weights workout. I don't want to buy the package but thought I would look into carb cycling 
So I work out 3-6 times per week all strength training that focuses mainly on my upper body and core! So now I have very toned arms and upper belly has some abs popping through
but my lower belly is very wobbly - most likely due to all the sugar and carbs.
My PT keeps telling me to cut out carbs but I don't eat a lot of meat and don't really want to restrict myself if all carbs if I can help it.
So just wondering if any of you have tried it, how you found it and your results? Also would be interested to find out what type of exercise you did with it
