I'm not massively overweight, maybe about half a stone. Whilst I could easily shift this with sensible eating (and cutting out my beloved Coca Cola) I know I'll need to tone up my tummy.
I've had a baby 18mths ago and I work full time so I'm racing home to spend time with her each evening so going to gym isn't an option.
I'm quite rubbish at exercise, I cycle a couple of times a week but nothing too strenuous so open to any ideas/tips.
