I'm overweight and very unfit. I've bought an exercise bike which should arrive in the next couple of days and am looking to use this as a starting point to being more active.
One of the things that I think will help motivate me is if I set myself some goals and record activity - like X miles cycled in a week or month etc. but I'm not sure where to start.
Is anyone able to suggest any realistic exercise bike goals for a beginner?
