Can you recommend a good sports bra for wearing to the gym, also what knickers are best for wearing under capri pants to avoid vpl, everything I have tried so far shows a line.

I like panache active underwired bra. I wear big pants and don't care about vpl tbh

I am a 32GG and find shock absorber dd+ bra is the only one where I don’t wobble.

I wear big cotton midi pants from marks and Spencer’s for comfort when exercising.

Fairylea · 13/10/2018 09:23

Meant to add I couldn’t care less if there’s a line! But that’s just me.

Thanks for the advice. Will have a look at both your suggestions.

Any suggestions as to the best type of knickers to wear under capri pants to avoid a line?

I wear seamless microfibre undies with my leggings. I got the ones I have at the moment from Hema but I've seen similar in other brands too.

Strongbeatsskinny · 25/10/2018 22:03

Avoid cotton pants everyone sweats and down there can be the worst cotton stays damp and cold microfibre pants are ok Nike also do a thongs in sports material. If your leggings are squat proof then don’t bother wearing any.

Either don't wear knickers at all.

Or Uniqlo seamless microfibre. Like Runderwear but cheaper and no seam/edging means no line

I actually bought a M&S one from a recommendation on here a while ago and it is really good. A high impact and it cos £25 - just make sure you measure yourself don't let them fit you for a bra because you will end up in one that is too big/small!

All of my sports bras are Shock Absorbers.

The Ultimate Run for umm running :) and the Multisports for everything else.

I buy them from Wiggle generally as they are often on sale.

multisports

Knickers ? I don't care much about a vpl - I prefer comfort and a bit of sweat absorption Wink

Thank you. Will have a look online and maybe attempt a commando gym session.

Depends on your boobs. Pre-baby (30d which is quite little really: same volume as a 34b) I liked Nike crop tops. Now I’m breastfeeding (30g which is not quite little) I’d second the vote for the Panache one. Wired and non-wired options are both good!

Aldi sports bras. There is an unseemly scrum when they sell them in our local store. They are seamless so really good for doing ultra running and cycling in. Also smart enough to wear without a vest / shirt in the hot weather.

Have looked at the Runderwear range of chafe-free underwear. Does anybody use it, is it any good?
