I have a bladder prolapse. It's level 2 so not too awful at the moment but I have finally accepted the regular running I do will not be helping. Thing is I need to exercise for my weight but moreover for my mental health. I love running with my friend. So what is best to do instead? I hate swimming unfortunately. I'm upping my walking. Any suggestions? Is the gym a bad idea? I do Pilates and am thinking if doing more yoga too. Thanks
