Hi all,

I want to start a new fitness routine with the help of a professional coach but when i've looked into it the costs are eye watering! I think having someone there to support me on an ongoing basis will finally help keep me on the straight and narrow.

Does anyone know where i can good 1-2-1 coaching for a reasonable price?

Thanks! :)

have you heard of/tried healthpod?

They do personal training and nutritional stuff for £15 a session. They're really good- i used a lady called Lauren Smith who'd just had kids herself so could really understand what i needed. There's an option to request a specific trainer so i'd definitely recommend her.

It's all done over the phone or on video call so i just did my sessions from home when i had half a minute to myself. also don't know where you are in the UK but it means you can do it from anywhere.

Here's their website if you're interested:

Good luck!
