In Berlin it’s 31deg but I’m having to wear socks and Nike trainers even though my feet are hot and swollen because under my heel hurts to lift as we’ve walked so much this week, google says it’s probably plantar it would be great to get some positive reviews on shoes that are currently available that I could order once I’m home

I would suggest see a chiropractor! Mine really helped with my feet. Shoes wise I have a pair of trainers probably quite similar to yours and find them good, but I have orthotic insoles too. In winter Chelsea type boots with a little bit of a heel can help, but that's not much use now! Most important thing is not to cave in and go for flip flops/ballet shoes.

Gel 3/4 length orthotics saved me 👍🏻

Sketchers memory foam go walk. I managed a trip to Paris and 2 days at Disney land with these.
They're not the most stylish but seriously comfortable but I wear them every time I get a flare up and can't recommend them highly enough!
