I have just completed an online 3 months bootcamp consisting of a daily HIIT routine (burpees and the like) and a change in nutrition (just sensible eating basically, not calorie counting).
I can still access all the different modules and routines on the web site and I would like to continue with those but the trainer suggested to keep a fitness diary so we can track progress.
Is there a really simple app that doesn't suggest specific routines but simply allows for entering exercises I have done, maybe give a weekly summary, give an option for weekly goals, and possibly also lets me track weight/body measurements?
