Gillian's 30 day shred - when to move on

When should I move up in 30 day shred? I find level one slightly under challenging, but I'm only doing press-ups from my knees - should I continue until I can do full press-ups for the whole interval?

I generally do 10 days of each level - and I can still only do push ups on my knees!

I think the general rule is 10 days, or if you feel you're managing the current level easily. You could try adding in some full press ups (although I still do half press-ups - they're still fairly chALLENGING, AND i FIND TRYING TO DO FULL PRESS-UPS MESSES WITH MY FORM PRETTY HORRIBLY).
