Looking for some postpartum exercise advice on budging the tummy you are left with after
I'm now 9 months postpartum.
I'm petite 5'2 and my body has changed but for the better. I'm a size bigger all over which I like (size 8 was a 6).
I'm just stuck with this very protruding gut. I don't necessarily want to loose a lot of weight but just want to get rid of my tummy, fat, wobbly, pregnancy pouch. What ever it is.
Any tips or advice for best shifting weight off your tummy/ core. Would be MUCH appreciated
