How to budge a postpartum belly?!?!

Hi,

Looking for some postpartum exercise advice on budging the tummy you are left with after Confused I'm now 9 months postpartum.

I'm petite 5'2 and my body has changed but for the better. I'm a size bigger all over which I like (size 8 was a 6).

I'm just stuck with this very protruding gut. I don't necessarily want to loose a lot of weight but just want to get rid of my tummy, fat, wobbly, pregnancy pouch. What ever it is.

Any tips or advice for best shifting weight off your tummy/ core. Would be MUCH appreciated Grin

Running did it for me (and eating sensibly). After DS2 I built it up slowly, ran twice a week and eventually it toned up my tummy. (I'm starting this again now after a combination of turning my ankle at netball, icy weather and an indulgent week in Germany Blush). I'm aiming again for a couple of 6-8km runs a week and Pilates. The Pilates should tone my core, but I'm only a couple of weeks in so can't confirm this yet!
