Personal trainer

I had a personal trainer a couple of years ago who I would see once a week but I wold have regular contact with during the week with how I was eating and exercising. They also wrote me a few workout plans I could follow at the gym through the week. These would change every month. I got brilliant results. I moved etc and life got in the way and I have found myself really unfit again! So I decided to join a personal training studio which I s a bit of a drive from where I live and it’s not cheap! But I signed up as the man running it said that it would be the same service as I had before (although the person I used was with a different company)
So far I haven’t had any weekly contact (just told to eat healthy fats when I asked what diet I should be following) and no program to follow on my own... it’s only been 3 weeks so I’m not sure how it may progress? Should I say something?

Yes you should say something. Either they will up their input or they'll know why you're moving on.

As a Personal Trainer I think they should contact you and keep in touch and to motivate you ! Keep the track of your progress etc ! If you were in Glasgow I would love to help ! Happy training guys !
