Pre-pregnancy I had a lot more time and would do all sorts of different activities. Insanity was my go-to home workout. Stopped exercise during pregnancy due to nausea.
Now DS is 8 months. For the past 6 weeks I’ve been getting in a T25 workout about 4 times per week whilst DS plays. I also tried some Insanity workouts last week while DP looked after DS, but I couldn’t fit that in on a normal week day. I really only have 30 mins max until DS wants my attention again.
I’ve never done Insanity Max 30 - how does it compare to Insanity/T25? Is there another 25/30 min workout you’d recommend?
