It's been 4 weeks now at the gym and I'm already starting to think I want to give up. I'm up and out the house early at 6:30 so I can train and be in work for 09:00 but I'm debating if this is the right time to go :/
I've noticed that I get bored in the mornings because there is no one around in the gym to train with but then if I go after work I am too tired to even go 
After trying to think of new ways to improve my motivation so I stick to it, it's crossed my mind that if I maybe start my own personal blog then I can speak to a community of people about my progress/goals etc and also listen to other people's journeys.
Anyone got any other ideas that will boost my motivation?
