I've recently started the couch to 5k. There no stand out moment when I hurt my knee but it started bothering me after one run on treadmill (stuck on an incline) and one run on slippery and v uneven ground.
Hurts to move, stand on, tender to touch, kneeling on it is really sore. Pain is mainly on the inside of leg/side of kneecap.
Any advice at all? Should I try to continue running? It's been a week without and not much improvement.
