Doing lunge-walking in an exercise class this morning - right side was fine but stepping forward on my left leg felt a sharp pain in the top of my leg/bum. Carried on with the class but avoided lunges. Squats and anything with my weight on both legs or my right leg was fine. Since the class it’s got a bit worse and things like going upstairs are really uncomfortable.
What have I done to myself and are there any quick fixes to make it feel better?
