I am 4 months postpartum with baby number 3 and really need to do something about the state of my tummy and pelvic floor! I have self diagnosed diastasis recti and my pelvis floor function is pretty pathetic, I have to brace myself before I sneeze!
I always had a pretty flat stomach and small waist but my last pregnancy has put an end to that and I want to get back in to shape to feel like myself again.
If you haven't tried the Natalie Hodson programme is there any other that you would recommend that doesn't cost a fortune?
