anyone else do this?
I was looking for something to do at home when it's been snowing from Monday. on the free trial and it's so nice! The music is lovely and it's like getting strength and stretching all in one go.
Anyone else do this? I will work it in with other workouts but definitely impressed with it. I was actually wondering if it's okay to do it every day - I work out anyway but this has a kind of settling quality so I'd like to do some barre every day.
haven't done it since I was a child and hadn't realised how lovely it was - in fact in those days I was mostly bored but now I'm loving it!
