So I’ve fucked my back. Riding high on the buzz of my fitness kick, I decided I could pick up DP in a fireman’s lift. Good news - I can! But now I can’t walk. My spine is curved forward at the base, I can’t stand up straight, I can’t pick anything up, and walking is a painful shuffle. I properly look like a hunchback.
I’ve been guzzling ibuprofen and using ice to no avail. I’m so annoyed with myself. I won’t be able to exercise for at least this week, will I? I’ve tried gentle yoga but it only gave relief for ten minutes. I really want to get going again ASAP but how?!
