Back pain with 30 day shred, what else do you recommend?

I have done the 30 day shred on and off for years and this is the second time doing it that I have serious back pain and need to stop.
Do you have any recommendations for other quick, effective workouts?

I think it would be helpful to work out why your back hurts. For example, it could be that you need to work on your core a bit more, or your form could be wrong. If it's your form, doing other stuff at home is likely to also leave you injured. Can you get to classes or a gym to ask for some advice?

I use the Fitness Blender website for a variety of workouts, but have also been seeing a PT for several years, which has helped me work out correct form. I still sometimes get it wrong though, so try to get to classes where possible.

Thanks for the advice. I will try to get some advice 're my form and see if that makes a difference.
