I ask the most boring questions...

I’m sure I’ve seen them in Tiger.

esk1mo · 23/01/2018 18:38

i got mine in Tiger but it doesn’t take much weight, it sort of collapses/squashes when i use it between my back and the wall.

i got a pack of 3 different sized ones
in amazon for about £7 which dont collapse/squash.

Fekko · 23/01/2018 18:40

What are they for? I’ve seen people use Tennis and golf balls to roll under their arches but never a small, green hedgehog.

AuntieStella · 23/01/2018 18:43

Decathlon do similar (more knobbly than spiky, but would have the same effect)

HuckfromScandal · 23/01/2018 18:45

Tk maxx often have them

ragged · 23/01/2018 18:46

Ooh.... I know where a branch of Tiger is (I can get there).
Suggested treatment for sore feet is the purpose! I can but try. I thought I'll keep it at my office.
I am trying not to always buy everything online.
I half wondered about Sports Direct or JB Sports (do they still exist?)

TK Maxx.

DuckOffAutocorrectYouShiv · 23/01/2018 18:47

I’ve got a blue one from the physio room on amazon. Mine doesn’t squash much. It hurts when I roll my foot over it, sort of exquisite pain, if you will.

ragged · 24/01/2018 18:16

Sounds good... I caved & bought one from Ebay. X fingers I'll like it.

I bought one from tkmaxx last week

Fekko · 24/01/2018 18:30

I saw a few types in Tiger today!

Worth investing in goodmones, if they collapse under your feet they won’t provide much resistance! I love mine, and use it to massage calves and butt sometimes too
