Best way to lose thigh fat?

I am reasonably fit, do 30-60 minutes cardio a day and 30 minutes weights and toning but I can’t shift my fat thighs, I am a size 10 but have to buy a 12 to get over my thighs and bum.

What’s the best exercise to shift the fat?

FAt is fat im afraid. You can’t sit reduce. Your thighs are where your body stored it fat. I can have a visible 6 pack & still have fat in my thighs.

The only way to reduce it is to loose weight.

My BMI is normal, my weight is spot on for my height, just can’t shift the fat on my thighs.

It worked for me, thighs, bum, arms.

Great stuff, but she has problems counting the reps, so watch out.

Thank you have ordered the dvd from Amazon, I don’t need to lose a huge amount (my thighs are not massive just bigger than the rest of me), hopefully I will lose my love handles too Grin

Funnily enough it’s the thighs exercise that works on the love handle too.

Fat is fat and a lot of ladies find it hard to loose fat off thier legs. No one can spot reduce with any amount of exercise the only way is calorie deficit and the weight/ fat will reduce eventually
