How do you keep up your motivation to run? I'm doing a half marathon in March and that is my main motivation right now. I don't have a fixed plan that I am following. Wondering if I should? I'm just building up the distance as much as I can whenever I can while running with a buggy.
Do you have long term goals? How are you going to make sure you achieve them? I have really made any fixed long term plans yet.
