Im new on here, wanting some advice. Before having baba ( who is now 3) i was a size 12 after that i got up to a size 18 and have now dropped down to a size 14. Iv joined the gym two weeks ago and wanted some tips really. Wanting to go down bk to a size 12, but quickish. Im top heavy, so my arms, boobs and tum is bigger.
Anyone else the same and got down to a size 12? I eat way too much chocolate so am trying to control that. Any advice will be great.
