Food
Exercise
Money
Marriage

But this sounds like a good first step .......

One thing at a time and this feels like a challenge but doable with some extra effort .

Anyone care to join me ?

Today I have done less than 5000 which is why I need a kick . This is mostly because of a hangover but even though it has made me realise how little I move without making an effort.

I average 11000-13000 but don't walk round to make up the numbers if I miss it. If I manage to walk the dog twice a day, most days I do it, I walk 5-6 miles. I need to sort 1, 2 and 4 of your list too.

I have 2-3 stone to lose 😔

Can I join too? I have a (reasonably) new baby and have met my walking regime fall by the wayside in the last few months so it would be good to get moving again.

Yay! People to keep me company.

I am starting tomorrow with the steps and next Tuesday I am going to weight watchers so I am accountable for being a fatty !

I'm on 13,211 so far but won't get much more in

Been at work today ( retail manager) and then I ran 1k for run everyday January

Had go ahead bar for breakfast. Fruit at lunch and a roast dinner tonight (small portions)

Need to get back on track too

I spent last year faffing around with slimming world

Lost 3 stone 1 pound at last weigh in before Xmas..... prob put back on about 5-6 pounds though

My count is woeful today. I didn't do the full walk with DDog and didn't go out for a second one. That's where I do most of my walking. I'll be glad when dh has gone back to work and then I can get back to my routine. Kids less bothersome..

It's for charity...., MIND, as running is good for mental health

No, you run as little or much as you like. I had a bit of a hangover and had done a full shift at work, so could only muster the energy for 1k today! On the treadmill.

Sounds good , sorry to have missed it . I might give it a go anyway. Even if its only 1 or 2 k a day it's better than I've been doing the last couple of months
