How do you fit it in?

So, if you work full time, have children (with finely balanced childcare arrangements), how do you fit in exercise, when and what do you do? And what motivates you?

I do all sorts. The DC ride bikes to school so I run with them and then do another 5k loop before getting home and showering ready for work. Or I run in an evening or at weekends. I get up early and do weights/intervals on other days. I cycle 9 miles to work some days. If I drive to work, I park a mile away so that I'm getting a couple of brisk walks in too. I aim to do 45 minutes of cardio a day, plus some strength training and 20,000 steps as a minimum.

I don't take a look lunch break and I have to be at work for 8am, so mornings and lunchtimes are pretty much out.

Once everyone is fed and bathed etc in the evenings, I'm too shattered.

Maybe I'm just looking for excuses but I'm really struggling to find the time.

Will look at the apps, sync weekend classes.
