Can anyone recommend some kick ass thermal socks and gloves

Outdoor runner here but I almost stopped last winter as really suffered with my freezing toes and fingers.

Any recommendations for really good thermal running gloves and socks please?

I wear two pairs of gloves, fingerless knitted thin ones underneath fleece (water resistant) full fingers ones.

For cycling I have neoprene gloves, nothing is warmer.

Do your feet get soaked, do you go on quite long runs? I can't imagine cold feet on a run.
