I currently do no exercise at all
and am really feeling it.
I have decided that I'm going to set myself an easy goal to start with - 2000 minutes of exercise before the end of the year. That's only about 20 minutes a day, right?! I can do that! Will mostly be on cross trainer but will try and fit in a quick walk some nights. Need to get my fitness up before I even think about anything more strenuous!
Started this thread so I have to log my minutes each day (make myself accountable!)
