Months ago I signed up to do a 5k to raise money for charity.
I embarked on a training programme which consisted of drinking wine, eating junk and watching tv
2 weeks ago I did my 'run' and was shockingly bad (as you can imagine) I walked most of it.
I am about 2 stone overweight and totally unfit and was ashamed of myself for my fitness and speed.
So now I am teaching myself to run. I don't get on with Couch to 5k it doesn't motivate me
I have made a 1 mile circuit and my primary aim is to run the whole mile without stopping. I have got my time down in 2 weeks from 16mins to 13.
Does anyone want to join me in this challenge?
