I've gone all the way through 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30 - so 7 weeks in total (did 1 week each of shred rather than 10 days). Then I started again with slightly heavier weights, and got to the end of that.
I could get some even heavier weights and start again but I'm a bit bored!
I've got No More Trouble Zones, which is ok but I think I need more structure and a time frame to work to.
What shall I do next? Has anyone done the 1 week shred dvd? I could always stray away from JM
but I've only really got a 30 minute slot to squish my exercise in to each day (if 1 week shred was good I could make a special effort and do some in the evening too).
Any ideas?
