Running headphones

I'm new to running and I would like to get some headphones so I can listen to the couch 2 five k app while I waddle run. Do you lovely ladies use wireless or Bluetooth? Is one type significantly better than the other?

Thanks in advance Smile

I have Bluetooth ones from Jabra, they're ok. You can also get the bone conducting ones, I think they're a bit more expensive.

I'll maybe have a look at Bluetooth Ines then, thankyou x

I use Skull Candy earphones, they are good, they don't fall out when I run and have good sound.

You'd be fine with either. The important thing is that the earbuds don't fall out.

I ran with wired ones for ages, but then upgraded to wireless ones with hooks. Current ones are by Jam (I got them from Ocado, which feels a bit poncy but they were on offer).

I'm thinking about aftershocks (bone conducting, wireless) for the Christmas hints list, because it is safer for you if yo can also hear what's going on around you (but a single earbud, wired or otherwise, would achieve much the same and be a lot less expensive)

The other thing to look out for is charged battery life.

I have some Bluetooth ones called mpow
They were £15 from amazon and are brilliant

Another vote for the mpow ones off ebay. Cheap, OK sound, fit well without falling out.

The mpows are wireless Bluetooth btw
