Can I do anything in 5 mins a day to tone my tummy?

Have totally fallen off the exercise wagon. Suspect I have done less than 2000 steps a day over school summer holidays. I am slim but getting a bit of a mum tum, am a bit bloated and my tummy muscles are giving up the ghost.

To be honest I would love to be curvier (I know I should be grateful to be slim) but all that has happened is my tummy is really. It toned.

Going to get back to exercise in September but in the meantime can I do anything for 5 mins a day to make my jeans less tight? .

And cut down on any sugary/carb-loaded foods.

Have thought about cutting sugar but am worried if I cut out too much food will just lose it off my boobs and still have it on my tummy but presume toning would help with that long term?

Cutting sugar does not mean cutting food overall. Just replace the shit with healthier stuff :) You don't need to lose weight, just cut the bloat.

Yes, that is exactly it! Will start to make an effort. I think because sugary foods are easy to grab I go for them Blush.

I am also guilty of skipping lunch and eating a chocolate bar or two instead which cannot be helping. Must stop that after today.
