Have totally fallen off the exercise wagon. Suspect I have done less than 2000 steps a day over school summer holidays. I am slim but getting a bit of a mum tum, am a bit bloated and my tummy muscles are giving up the ghost.
To be honest I would love to be curvier (I know I should be grateful to be slim) but all that has happened is my tummy is really. It toned.
Going to get back to exercise in September but in the meantime can I do anything for 5 mins a day to make my jeans less tight? .
